At Comfy Luxe Living, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Digital products and downloadable items
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Personal care items that have been opened or used
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at comfyluxeliving@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
